Breshad Perriman is moving on to Detroit, where father Brett enjoyed best years

As the New York Jets use this free-agency period to upgrade their offensive weaponry, one of the experiments from the more recent edition is moving on to a more personal experience.

Breshad Perriman, who joined the Jets on a one-year deal after a strong end to the 2019 season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is exchanging green for Honolulu blue after one season in the metropolitan area. (Yes, the Detroit Lions’ blue color is officially described as Honolulu.)

According to Perriman’s agent Drew Rosenhaus, through a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Perriman is set to sign a one-year, $3 million deal with the Lions.
