The New York Jets were the most active sellers at the trade deadline. The Jets were expected to trade players on Tuesday, especially those on expiring deals. But no one could have expected the blockbusters they decided to make.
First up, the Jets shockingly traded superstar cornerback Sauce Gardner to the Indianapolis Colts after receiving 2026 and 2027 first-round picks and wide receiver Adonai Mitchell. Later on in the day, the Jets also dealt defensive tackle Quinnen Williams to the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for a 2027 first-round pick, a 2026 second-round pick, and defensive tackle Mazi Smith.
