Brandon Marshall knows Robby Anderson, probably better than most. The two grew close during their one year together playing for the Jets in 2016, and remained that way when Marshall signed with the cross-town rival Giants last offseason.
Marshall helped train Anderson at his gym (Fit Speed) in Florida. He's been there whenever the 24-year-old needed him. Which is why Anderson's arrest Friday, his second in eight months, hit Marshall hard.
"He has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a Jets' all-time great, and a superstar in this league," Marshall told NJ Advance Media Friday afternoon.
