The New York Jets brought in a new cornerback after suffering through some frankly nauseating defensive back play in the first three games of the 2025 season, as they sent a late-round pick to the Tennessee Titans in order to acquire former starter Jarvis Brownlee Jr.
While Brownlee may not be a world-beater as a pure coverage cornerback, the fact that he is a young player who tackles well in space and is willing to lay some wood on opposing ball-carriers could make him the type of player who thrives in Aaron Glenn's defense.
Fans expecting Brownlee to come out guns blazing with tons of confidence were not disappointed with his first media availability as a member of his new team.
