Abysmal Play From Wilson in Jets Loss to Jags Puts Jets Back in QB Limbo

In a game that the Jet absolutely had to have, it was more of the same from Zach Wilson and the offense. For the second consecutive game, the Jets defense surrendered just a single touchdown, but once again it was too much for the offense to overcome in a 19-3 loss.

After being gifted fantastic field position when Quinnen Williams forced a fumble that was picked up by the Jets, all Zach Wilson and company could muster from the Jacksonville 16-yard-line was a field goal. They wouldn’t score another point on the day.

On defense, the Jets were far from perfect, at one point allowing a 96-yard touchdown drive that ended with a Trevor Lawrence TD, but they did buckle down in the second half and hold the Jags to just six points over the final two quarters.
