Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers had to be helped off the field four plays into his debut with New York on Monday night against the Buffalo Bills.
The Jets said he is questionable to return with an ankle injury.
Rodgers appeared to be injured during a sack by the Bills' Leonard Floyd on first down.
Rodgers was helped off the field by two Jets personnel and went into the medical tent.
Zach Wilson replaced Rodgers at quarterback.
