2019 NFL draft: What grade would you give the Jets?

While many expected the Jets to trade down from the No. 3 overall pick, they opted for the stick-and-pick scenario, declining any and all offers to move down. Instead, they chose the player many believed to be the best overall prospect in this year’s class, Alabama defensive lineman Quinnen Williams.

Without a second-round pick (thanks to last year’s trade-up that landed them Sam Darnold), the Jets waited until the third round to make their next selection. Armed with a pair of picks to close out Day 2, the Jets added a dynamic pass rusher in Florida’s Jachai Polite, and a raw but promising offensive tackle in USC’s Chuma Edoga.
