LANDOVER, Md. — The Jets on Friday night played their second preseason game, at Washington. Win-loss results in the preseason are meaningless, but for what it's worth, Washington won this game, 22-18.

The starting offense looked sloppy. Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and the first-stringers played three series — and didn't do much. Punt, fumble, punt is how those three drives ended.
