The greatest battle in the rivalry between two of the five winningest goaltenders in NHL history, with Martin Brodeur making 51 saves to Henrik Lundqvist’s 45. Patrik Elias scored the lone shootout goal, beating Lundqvist in the bottom of the fourth round after luminaries Erik Christensen, Zach Parise, Ales Kotalik, Jamie Langenbrunner, Marian Gaborik, Travis Zajac and Brandon Dubinsky had been foiled.
