Snow Never Came, Part 3 - End of Pre-Season 2006

After a short snowstorm, work and Kerbal Space Program DLC induced break, it’s time to finish up the 2006-07 pre-season and see what will happen as the commentariat of Lighthouse Hockey takes the helm of the New York Islanders, saving the team from the possibly destructive reign of former backup goaltender Garth Snow.

When we left off last time, the Islanders were 2-0 on the pre-season, with 5 games to go. Up next was a home-and-home with the San Jose Sharks. Yes, in the alternative realm, the computer thinks nothing of having electrons fly 3,000 virtual miles, play a hockey game, then have both teams fly across the country and play again the very next night.
