The Rangers won the NHL draft lottery in each of the last two offseasons, but the odds are stacked against them this time.
The NHL will hold its 2021 draft lottery at 7 p.m. Wednesday for the 15 teams that failed to make the playoffs as well as the expansion Seattle Kraken, which will enter the league next season.
