Lou's as usual hiding his business, but outside of Michael Dal Colle, everyone who is a restricted free agent received an offer from NYI which also includes Parker Wotherspoon. In normal circumstances qualifying offers are due monday after nhl draft with a normal deadline to accept or reject by 7/15. Doing the math with free agency beginning on 7/13 & adding 14 days the deadline to accept/reject would be 7/27. Accepting a qualifying offer means a player is signed. Rejecting means more negotiating/most players are not eligibile for arbitration.
