Just last year, the New York Islanders had the fifth-best farm system in the league. With Michael Dal Colle, Devon Toews, and Josh Ho-Sang graduating off the prospect list the system took a significant hit in this year’s rankings.
Now, the Islanders come in at 16th in the league according to Corey Pronman of The Athletic. Noah Dobson, to no surprise, leads the way for Islanders prospects. He’s the most NHL ready and he had the best year for Islanders prospects.
Oliver Wahlstrom, Otto Koivula, Bode Wilde, and Kieffer Bellows round out the top-five.
