Noah Dobson is the consensus number one prospect for the New York Islanders, there’s no question. In the QMJHL last year he put up monster numbers playing for Rouyn-Noranda after he was traded from Acadie-Bathurst. In 28 games with his new club, he had 36 points (6 goals, 30 assists).
He was even better in the playoffs putting up 29 points in just 20 games. Dobson is a stud and he might be ready for the NHL sooner rather than later.
The only issue is due to his age he isn’t eligible for the AHL.
