Earlier this week, the New York Post ran an interview it had done with New York Islanders Josh Ho-Sang. The Islanders 28th overall pick in the 2014 NHL draft didn’t come out of that piece looking great.
In it, Ho-Sang talks about how the Islanders roster was decided well before training camp ever opened, thus not truly giving him a chance. He also talks about his future role in the organization and his current role with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers in the AHL. And how both seem to be contradicting themselves.
But a few days after the piece ran Josh Ho-Sang said that that article didn’t properly capture what he wanted to say.
