Josh Ho-Sang’s return to the AHL from the New York Islanders was not a smooth transition. After three consecutive healthy scratches, JHS finally made his way back into the lineup looking to perform again.
Ho-Sang’s value had plummetted. Again, he was being scratched in the AHL and he didn’t look like he had much of a chance to get the call back up to the NHL any time soon.
This past week may have saved his image with the Islanders front office. In the past two games, Ho-Sang has six points (4 goals, 2 assists) including a hat-trick on Sunday.
