Yesterday, Arthur Staple tweeted out the New York Islanders over/under set by Bovada. Only four teams had lower point projections than the Islanders. The number set by Bovada was 88.5 points for the o/u.
I might have to come out of gambling retirement for this one. Hammer the over folks, it’s easy money. Last year, a worse constructed Islanders team put up 94 points.
Add Jordan Eberle, Ryan Pulock, Mathew Barzal and a full season of Josh Ho-Sang to the mix, and you’ve got yourself an improved roster ready to compete for a playoff spot.
