Islanders take Cameron Berg at no. 125, Eetu Liukas at no. 157

The New York Islanders have two more draft picks to add to their stockpile. With their fourth-round pick, no. 125 overall, they selected Cameron Berg, a center out of the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the USHL.

He probably is not related to Alec Berg, a Seinfeld writer who had a good enough John Houseman name that they named a character after him so that they could shoehorn in that joke (in a hockey episode!). MR. BERG.

Anyway, here’s the scouting report on Berg.

In the fifth round, the Islanders took LW Eetu Liukas.
