Do the Islanders know they're allowed to have 23 guys on the roster? That's what I found myself thinking when I first heard the news that Sebastian Aho was heading back to the AHL after playing zero games with the Isles.
After stopping to think for a second, it actually makes a lot of sense why Aho is AHL bound this weekend. The Sound Tigers have three games this weekend, while the Isles have just one game on Saturday.
Aho, who was called up after the Adam Pelech injury, has yet to play in a game with the Islanders.
