Last night left a rough taste in the mouths of New York Islanders fans. They came out flat against a really bad Montreal Canadiens team, who previously lost nine games in a row. We'll start off by going over the games briefly and plugging the Patreon.
After going 14 games without a goal, Jordan Eberle got on the board with not one but two goals against the Detroit Red Wings. Eberle wasn't the only top-six forward who was struggling at the time though.
Anders Lee went a long time without a goal as well. He exploded for two goals in two games, ending his 11 game streak without a goal.
