After a 1-0 win last night, the New York Islanders followed up their performance with a good effort in New Jersey. In the first period, Casey Cizikas got the Isles on the board with his ninth goal of the season.
This one was largely set up by Leo Komarov of all people, who skated around the net to buy the Isles some time before passing over to Matt Martin before Cizikas got a hold of it.
That lead was short-lived, as P.K. Subban would tie things up just five minutes later with an absolute rocket from the blue line.
