The Islanders are on a three-game skid after starting their season 3-1. With 14 goals in seven games they are 29th in the league in scoring while being top-10 (6th) in goals against with just 17.
Right now, outside of the top line, the Islanders forwards have been dead quiet. The top line has been solid, especially Mathew Barzal but other than that it’s been pretty rough for the forward group.
