Eli Manning is apparently going to have at least one other old guy to keep him company in the New York Giants’ locker room next season. Long snapper Zak DeOssie, the only other remaining Giants from both the 2007 and 2011 Super Bowl teams, is reportedly being brought back on a two-year contract.
The news was first reported by Aaron Wilson and has since been confirmed by several beat writers.
DeOssie, 32, is a 10-year veteran. He remains a solid snapper and even after this many seasons is still one of the first players down the field in punt coverage.
