One of the main Giants narratives that has emerged in the run-up to the NFL Draft is they are "all in" for 2017.
That is, with an aging Eli Manning at quarterback, every move the Giants have made, or will make, in free agency and the draft is designed to win the Super Bowl this year.
A byproduct of this storyline: A belief the Giants must use their No. 23 pick in the first round of the draft to select a player who can fill a roster need immediately, because they are all in.
