ARLINGTON, Texas -- New regime, same old disappointment.

That has been the hallmark of the 2018 Giants with new general manager Dave Gettleman, head coach Pat Shurmur, and a slew of offseason personnel changes whichproduced a team that ranks in the bottom-five of the NFL in scoring, despite an offense that features Odell Beckham Jr., Evan Engram, and electrifying rookie Saquon Barkley and finds itself in an 0-2 hole.

Following Sunday night's 20-13 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, in which many of the Giants' issues were brought to the forefront, there is plenty of blame to go around for the early-season struggles:
