ALLEN PARK, Mich. a You can hold Saquon Barkley out of practice, but you can't keep him away from a football.

The Giants' star sat out practice against the Lions on Wednesday for the second straight day, keeping him away from contact while he recovers from a mild hamstring strain.

Barkley spent practice with his other injured teammates a cornerback Donte Deayon, safety Darian Thompson, free safety Darian Thompson and wide receiver Travis Rudolph a alternating between standing on the sideline and heading indoors with the training staff.

But he was spotted juggling a football on his foot like a soccer ball at one point.
