It wasn’t a great weekend for retired New York Giants linebacker Spencer Paysinger, who had his Super Bowl ring stolen by two thieves. Paysinger apparently didn’t lock his Super Bowl ring securely after showing it off at an elementary school’s Career Day.
Paysinger spent time with the Giants from 2011-14, having won Super Bowl 46 with them in his rookie season.
“My Super Bowl ring should serve as a cherished family heirloom, not an unfortunate event,” he added.
