According to Jay Glazer of Fox Sports, the Giants have received offers for wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. as the trade deadline approaches.
Glazer adds that the Patriots are looking to add an elite-level wideout and aren’t afraid to shell out top draft picks.
According to NJ.com, if the Giants happened to trade Beckham Jr., his $20 million signing bonus would go against their cap.
Which makes him tough to trade.
NJ.com.com also adds that they can choose to trade him prior to the start of the 2019 season and save $5 million but take on $16 million in dead cap in the process.
