A man in Texas has filed a lawsuit against three women, alleging that they assisted his ex-wife in obtaining abortion pills.
On March 9, Marcus Silva sued the ladies for more than $1 million, claiming that their claimed help in obtaining the abortion medication is equal to aiding murder under Texas law and that the women were therefore liable for his death.
Texas Man Sues Ex-Wife’s Friends
Ex-wife Silva is not named in the lawsuit, Silva is not pursuing any claims against her because she is immune from legal action as an abortion patient under Texas law, According to the complaint.
