Former Giants safety Stevie Brown was just signed by the Panthers and now on Friday they wasted no time in cutting him.

Brown has not been the same player since he tore his ACL with the Giants a few years ago.
Former Giants tight end Jerome Cunningham was also cut today by the Titans.
