This is not good at all.
It seems like every year someone gets carted off during the first week of training camp. This time New York Giants’ offensive guard Shane Lemieux was carted off with an unknown injury. I would imagine that it’s something related to his lower body since a cart was used.
Kenny Wiggins ended up replacing Lemieux. Zach Fulton will likely get his share of reps as well.
Lemieux didn’t have the best rookie season last year for the Giants, but the expectation is that he will take a big step forward in 2021.
