Ryan Clark makes a fool of himself on ESPN discussing Eli Manning

I want to start this off by saying that I generally enjoy Ryan Clark’s commentary on the NFL – his coverage of Antonio’s Brown career, and being so right on him before anyone else, was nice to see. For the most part, he offers a unique perspective from a former player and isn’t afraid to think outside the box – he was way out of bounds on Wednesday, though.

Clark pontificated that he had never heard of a defensive coach come into a meeting and saying ‘Man, we really need to worry about Eli Manning beating us’. The comment was so stupid that it almost isn’t worth discussing — but I will, anyway.
