NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Giants defensive tackle Jay Bromley is reportedly being investigated in an attempted rape at a Midtown hotel.
The NYPD told 1010 WINS they are investigating claims of an attempted rape at the Hyatt Herald Square Hotel on West 31st Street, but would not confirm that Bromley was a suspect.
Early Saturday morning, Bromley allegedly got violent and tried to rape the woman, whom he met online, after a consensual sex act was performed, the New York Post reported.
The woman also claims Bromley hit her with his vehicle as he left the hotel, according to the New York Post.
