Prior to this year’s NFL draft the Giants had some interest in free agent defensive tackle Jared Odrick.
Things have certainly now changed.
Now that the Giants drafted both defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson and defensive end Avery Moss this past weekend, they no longer have a need for Odrick and will not pursue him.

Not a surprise after the Giants drafted a DT and a DE: I’m told the door is closed on the team signing Jared Odrick.
Odrick wouldn’t be a great option for the Giants since he’s not the same kind of player as Johnathan Hankins.
