Preseason only provides a glimpse of New York Giants offense

Big Blue’s offense has shown promise under first-year head coach Pat Shurmur through three games, but the preseason has only provided a glimpse of what the New York Giants offense is expected to look like in 2018.

The Giants have shown they can move the chains on the ground and through the air. They are averaging 317.7 yards and 20.7 points per game. Of course, the Giants won’t read too much into those numbers, as their second- and third-string offense have been on the field for a significant amount of the team’s preseason snaps.

But the fact that the G-Men have shown the ability to pick up yards both on the ground and through the air should be promising.
