Odell Beckham Jr. took a first step on Wednesday toward playing Sunday night against the Dallas Cowboys. The New York Giants wide receiver joined his teammates on the field for practice, going through stretching and then working individually on the side during the portion of practice the media was able to watch.
Beckham injured an ankle during the Giants’ second preseason game and has not practiced since. The only time he had been seen working on the field has been prior to the team’s final preseason game last Thursday, when he caught passes but did not running.
