According to ESPN’s Jordan Raanan, the Giants will activate defensive lineman Josh Mauro from suspension.
Mauro, who was suspended back in March for PED use, was a free agent acquisition this past offseason.
Current Giants defensive coordinator James Bettcher coached him with the Arizona Cardinals for the last three seasons.
He is not expected to jump right in and start, according to Dan Duggan of The Athletic.
The Giants placed wide receiver Stacy Coley on Injured Reserve to make room for him.
