According to ESPN’s Jordan Raanan, NY Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard (concussion) has been ruled OUT vs the Arizona Cardinals.
Shepard sustained his second concussion of the season in Week 5 vs the Minnesota Vikings.

So, the Giants are going to be very cautious with his recovery.
The team will have both running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) and tight end Evan Engram (knee) for Sunday’s game.
Engram missed last week’s game; Barkley hasn’t played since Week 3.
