According to ESPN’s Jordan Raanan, the NY Giants are expected to re-sign quarterback Alex Tanney.
Tanney was released by the Giants on Thursday to make room for running back Austin Walter.
Walter was promoted from the practice squad for Thursday’s game vs the New England Patriots.
Dan Duggan of The Athletic reported after the game that Tanney was seen in the Giants locker room.
Adding that it’s “safe to assume” that he will be added to the roster shortly.
