According to Mike Freeman of Bleacher Report, his sources around the league believe that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could be interested in Eli Manning this offseason.
Freeman also mentions the Jacksonville Jaguars and Denver Broncos as potential suitors but he adds that Tampa Bay would “welcome” him with open arms because of their struggles with Jameis Winston.
Winston has not only been shaky on the field but he was also suspended three games this season after allegedly groping an Uber driver.
Manning has been lauded for his high character (former Walter Payton Man of the Year award winner) and his name alone could add some life to a depressed fan base.
