According to Anthony DiComo of MLB.com, the New York Mets will be focussed on “luxury” moves as the rest of the offseason moves forward.
This comes after the team signed starting pitchers Rick Porcello and Michael Wacha over the last two days.
The team also filled a need by adding center fielder Jake Marisnick who provides them with an elite glove in the outfield.
It’s unknown what “luxury” moves the Mets would be interested in making, but one would assume that a potential trade for outfielder Starling Marte could be one of them.
