On paper, the New York Giants have a much-improved roster on both sides of the ball, but there will be weaknesses they have to iron out and refine as the season goes on. A rebuild takes time, and the Giants are currently in the middle of one.
General manager Dave Gettleman made it a priority to fix the offensive line once and for all, but nothing is set in stone despite spending the fourth overall pick on Andrew Thomas. Nate Solder, who played left tackle for the Giants in 2019, struggled immensely, allowing 11 sacks, which ranked third-worst in the NFL.
