According to ESPN’s Jordan Raanan, the New York Giants have officially signed eight players to their practice squad.

- RB Jhurell Pressley
The Giants also went ahead and claimed former Oakland Raiders second-round pick Mario Edwards off waivers.
Edwards had 3.5 sacks last season for the Raiders as a defensive end in their system.
