As we had speculated was a possibility on Monday, it appears that the New York Giants will play the Carolina Panthers in Munich, Germany during the 2024 NFL season.
A published, unofficial report is indicating that the Giants, a road opponent for the Panthers in the upcoming season, will indeed face Carolina in Germany.
The Giants, a cornerstone NFL franchise, are celebrating their 100th season. That combined with the NFL’s desire to grow the game internationally, seem to make this an obvious move.
There is, of course, no detail yet as to when the game will be played.
