New York Giants: Olivier Vernon to replace Khalil Mack in Pro Bowl (Report)

Looks like another New York Giants star will be added to the NFC’s Pro Bowl roster this year.

On Thursday, the NFL announced that Giants linebacker Olivier Vernon will be headed to the Pro Bowl. Initially an alternate for the NFC, Vernon will now replace Bears edge rusher Khalil Mack. The Bears star will sit due to an undisclosed injury.

Vernon will be the third Giants player headed to the Pro Bowl. Rookie running back Saquon Barkley and kicker Aldrick Rosas will participate as well. The latter was named an AP All-Pro second team.
