New York Giants injury report:

The New York Giants held practice on Monday afternoon, following an intrasquad scrimmage on Friday evening last week. There were plenty of good and bad takeaways from the scrimmage, including third-year pass rusher Lorenzo Carter, who racked up over four sacks on the night. Backup running back Wayne Gallman also scored two touchdowns, one on the ground and one through the air.

Nonetheless, the Giants are still weak at multiple positions, including cornerback and safety. Monday’s practice didn’t come away clean, as several players went down with minor injuries.

Golden Tate:

Tate reportedly came down awkwardly after going up for a catch, clutching his hamstring.
