When the ‘Boys took a flier on ex-New York Giants draft pick Damontre Moore, it raised some eyebrows. Jerry Jones and company have no problem bringing on players with obvious character flaws. In fact, Jones has made a career out making folks think he’s Father Flanagan. Instead, we should understand that character counts for nothing in the Heart of Texas. On-field production is all that matters.
Moore was an ill-advised draft pick by Jerry Reese. The New York Giants usually take on a couple of questionable players every year. This season’s “project” is fifth-round selection Avery Moss.
