New York Giants head coach Pat Shurmur is known as an offensive guru. Primarily, his work with quarterbacks has been lauded over the years. But quarterbacks are only as good as the talent that surrounds them, and this season Eli Manning may have as much depth as he ever has at the wide receiver position. Getting that depth from potential to reality remains the challenge.
When you start out with Beckham and Sterling Shepard, obviously the position room has a great foundation to build on. As Giants fans know firsthand, the team can’t have enough depth at the position.
