Tennessee Titans cornerback Logan Ryan is close to New York Giants cornerback Eli Apple from their high school playing days at Eastern Regional High School in New Jersey.
Having won two Super Bowls with the New England Patriots, Ryan has taken Apple under his wing as he mentors the young Giants’ corner.
“Yeah, he’s continuing to grow,” Ryan said, via Jordan Raanan of ESPN. “That guy blows me away with the amount of big games he’s played in and how young he is. Like I said, he’s a lot better and more mature than I was at 20 or 21 years old.
