Heading into the upcoming NFL season the belief has been that New York Giants’ general manager Dave Gettleman is on the hot seat.
Giants’ co-owner John Mara was asked by Steve Serby of the NY Post whether Gettleman is on the hot seat.
“No, you’re on the hot seat if you write any more stupid comments like that,” Mara told Serby while laughing.
Serby asked Mara again.
“No,” he replied.
Mara admits that he was frustrated with the way things were going, but he likes how well Gettleman and head coach Joe Judge have been working together.
